“Booking clear and easy. I particularly like the display of the price for each of the nights chosen and the option to see prices for other nights a week or so before and afterwards. Having had to change/cancel bookings in the past, I know that this is easy as well.”

“Rooms are small. Windows don't open. Very noisy, even through the night. No fan in the bathroom so it gets extremely steamy. Sign that says don't let the steam out as it will set off the fire alarm. Breakfast was rubbish. Toater machine doesn't work, apple juice was like water. Cumberland sausage definitely wasn't true Cumberland sausage! Mushrooms were swimming in water. Room prices were quite expensive too.”

“This was one of the worst hotels that we have ever stayed in. There was no heat in the evening and when we complained, we were told it was shut off. Then the desk handed us a space heater. The male desk staff was rude! He even refused to call for a cab for us when we had to leave for the airport stating "Cabs won't come here, you will have to walk to the train station", which was 2 blocks away. The female staff who ran the cafe' was so unfriendly. She never smiled or even said good morning. This hotel was the worst! DON STAY HERE!!!!”
