I found paying with PayPal a bit stressful, normally I pay using credit or debit card, much easier for me.

very disappointed with travelodge with how they put the prices up in summer time in Inverness {sometimes by 4 times the winter prices} when people from the Western Isles need to come to Inverness for hospital appointments all year and can't afford the prices of hotels.

The login button wouldn't work via mobile phone access. When the website was closed down and reopened a coupke of times 3 identical bookings were nearly made.

Restaurant dinner was terrible. We had to wait 50 minutes for a bowl of the worst nachos I have ever had, no coleslaw with meal “ we have run out and I haven’t had time to tell anyone”, Half roast chicken was dried up, husband’s spinach burger was so dried up and hard he couldn’t cut through the outside edge of it and the bun was soft and “pappy”. Absolutely dreadful.

Travelodge are okay for a short break the only downside is that they charge you a different price for the same room every day surly you are not allowed to do that it's a room so should be the same price each and every day

In general, the Travelodge booking system is fine but there were two major glitches with this booking: 1. It would not accept payment using a US Credit Card 2. The Parking is shambles. Parking is critically important for me as two passengers have severe mobility issues. However, whatever we did with Travelodge or Horizon Spaces I could not pre-book the parking and was constantly referred to a non-functioning App. If you don't have parking or it can't be pre-booked, say so. Don't mess your customers around - especially AFTER the rooms are booked. This is a source of anxiety for me now as we may arrive and find there is no parking available.

I was trying to use BlueLight discount but the voucher code kept having an error so I had to start the booking process again. It also wasn't clear how to use this voucher initially.

Hotel itself was great. However, the new policy of rooms only being cleaned once every 7 days, if you stay longer than a night is a no go for me. We were two ladies on a London trip in a heatwave. We could get new towels, but the damp ones piled on the bathroom floor. Bin in the bathroom was not emptied and depending on what you need to throw in there, you can imagine that's not always pleasant. Added to this we had a huge collection of empty bottles. I guess this is the result of Brexit and not enough cleaning staff, but this is not the way to go about it with Customers staying for more than one or two nights.

Would find it better if there was a box to write small message - like the Days Inn has. I have booked an accessible room so as simply to ensure a downstairs bedroom.

Location- great and was nice and clean, however, I was expecting there to be a hairdryer available even for abasic room booking and my tv didn't work (no signal apparently)

The App has got a mistake. I am from Germany and do have a 5 digit postcode which your App does not accept although Germany was chosen. To get through with my booking I had to use a UK postcode!

Have been staying at this central hotel in Edinburgh for years but due to recent price hikes which are too much my stays have now been limited , even if I book way in advance the prices are too much . My rating is normally a 5 . Disappointed with the chain at the moment although need to visit for work due to come . After covid prices are unbelievable. No longer a value hotel chain

1 out of 2 lifts not working so took ages to get to room each time I needed to. £13 is also a lot to pay for parking

Review of booking process as requested by email: Website was totally broken on mobile. Could not check out. Nothing wrong with the web service as it worked on my PC without issue.
