“Easy to book. Much better than trying to book train tickets and buy a railcard , two logins required, download an app, enter a code. God help any person trying to do this when station ticket offices are closed !”

“It took me a long time to complete my booking. Cos when I was in the section where it asks what type of room STANDARD ?..etc It showed the number of persons as 1 room 2 persons . There was no way at that stage of changing the number of persons. I had to keep going back to the beginning”

“Very basic. Cafe very poor. The young staff grossly undermanaged and understaffed but trying their best. Evidently managers leave around 3 p.m. and they are left to cope. Luckily only needed one night accommodation.”
