“Clean spacious room, friendly receptionist, good food available next door, good price. Would definitely recommend, except for website booking system which charged me £13 to alter my booking through a computer algorithm due to my having made one erroneous keystroke.”

“We have booked an extra night and would of liked to inform the Travelodge, London City however as there is no email address we were not able to as I do not want to call as it is Premium Rate. London City has 2 postcodes one on one booking and a different one on the second booking which caused some confusion.”

“Very disappointed to find blood on the pillow, which was not mine!! Extremely unhygienic and not what I was expecting. I didn't notice this when I arrived but due to a tight timeline in the morning, I didn't have time to report it!!”
