“I paid and reserved 2 rooms 1 double and 1 triple room for 5 people for 2 nights including breakfast and wifi connections at the Birmingham Travelodge As am hoping to arrive tomorrow when I rechecked my booking they confirm 1 double room for 2 people and the invoice amount confirmed is just less than 50% of amount they charged me What an expensive experience even before arriving”

“Extremely poor cancellation. Due to circumstances out of my control I was forced to cancel several days before but was told I could not have any form of refund at all. Over £200 wasted on two nights I couldn’t use.”

“Very disappointed, room dated,carpet dirty,stains all over ,no soap in bathroom no hair dryer or spoons to use to make tea or coffee,not been cleaned properly as tissue and bits on bathroom floor.used Travelodge a lot always been happy but not this time”

“The booking was smooth, however when it gets to the payment page it become difficult for me to make payment because I was overseas, I had phone a friend in UK to make the reservation and payment on my behalf. I suppose Travelodge being an international brand should accept payments from anywhere. Tried calling the hotel from abroad also couldn't get through”

“The site was easy to navigate to find a hotel close to where we needed to stay We are able to take along our dogs which is important to us”

“Very basic, no phone to reception, car parking is not good when the weather is bad, no hair dryer and breakfast menu could be changed so that if you just wanted toast and jam, you could buy just that.”
