“Booking was simple searched location i wanted was given various options with distance from Chichester with prices Selected one i wanted again was given cost options and optional extras Booked what i wanted and paying was straightforward confirmation email arrived within seconds Excellent”

“I use you a lot and until our last 2 breaks I could book easily with you any where.However the last two trips it has been really hard work and taken far too long and very frustrating and I do not know why.”

“Clean spacious room, friendly receptionist, good food available next door, good price. Would definitely recommend, except for website booking system which charged me £13 to alter my booking through a computer algorithm due to my having made one erroneous keystroke.”

“We have booked an extra night and would of liked to inform the Travelodge, London City however as there is no email address we were not able to as I do not want to call as it is Premium Rate. London City has 2 postcodes one on one booking and a different one on the second booking which caused some confusion.”
