“Had difficulty trying to pay NOT using Pay Pal or Apple Pay just a straightforward card payment. All my booking details had been added onto the second try of trying to paymeaning, I could have ended up paying double. Otherwise fine.”

“We were let down horribly by Booking.com. Will possibly have to get the police involved, but Travel Lodge came to the rescue. Booked last minute. Had family rooms, as friend has recently had surgery and needed her own bed. They were perfect. And the view!! Awesome.”

“Great stay wonderful staff friendly helpful room was perfect for price great value kettle tv Heater nice bed cozy quite excellent seating if want to go outside fast foods & shops 1 min away all 24 hour ... definitely will stay again”

“The WiFi didn't work, the TV didn't work and it wasn't 32". The bed was uncomfortable and the shower had no power in it. The shower curtain had orange stains going around it. The only thing that worked was the Lavazza machine.. I won't be staying again.”

“Eventually was able to book our requirements. After numerous attempts over several days the payment page finally loaded and everything went through with no problem. Frustrating but all well now.”

“Very good. Comfortable beds and very clean. Only criticism is lack of cups or glasses in the room, and the soap dispenser by the bath is unreachable whilst bathing. The soap is much nicer than it used to be though. Plus, only one hand towel in a room for two. Staff are always lovely and helpful.”
