“We travelled to Cheshire Oaks as our dog had to undergo emergency spinal surgery at a nearby Veterinary Hospital. Having initially booked two nights, we had to extend by a further two and then again by a further one. The Travelodge staff went out of their way to help and managed to keep us in the same room throughout our stay. Without exception, they were happy, helpful, efficient and always took time to enquire about the health of our pup.....who is now at home recovering. The staff there made a potentially difficult stay pleasant and we'd like to extend our thanks to all of them!!”

“I found the room options difficult to find Ended up with a basic twin room Discount voucher would not apply Had to use PayPal as payment method not available Overall a very poorly designed app”

“Had difficulty trying to pay NOT using Pay Pal or Apple Pay just a straightforward card payment. All my booking details had been added onto the second try of trying to paymeaning, I could have ended up paying double. Otherwise fine.”

“We were let down horribly by Booking.com. Will possibly have to get the police involved, but Travel Lodge came to the rescue. Booked last minute. Had family rooms, as friend has recently had surgery and needed her own bed. They were perfect. And the view!! Awesome.”
