“We choose the Travelodge at Covent Garden because it is so central and yet, has the advantage of still being far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the West End; thus resulting in a brilliant night's sleep. The staff are always so helpful, accommodating and professional.”

“I have not stayed at a Travelodge yet but have booked several for a forthcoming trip and the booking process is not easy enough but when I call the hotels in person the staff are usually very helpful.”

“Staff helpful, but for getting a wheelchair in and out so many doors most opening towards coming in very difficult. Also some of the bars in bathroom wrong side for my husband”

“Hotel starting to look tired with stained carpets and general cleanliness leaving a lot to be desired. Also concerning is the drunken people hanging around the rear doors in the morning.Staff are very nice and very helpful.”
