“The worst travelodge I have ever been in. Dozens of people here but reception refused to let anybody check in even 1 minute before 3pm. When I enquired was told I signed a contract to say 3pm and then blanked me. Ignorant”

“not impressed with canterbury lodge, ground floor and no net curtains spent 3 days with the curtains drawn as there was a foot path out side and children looking in”

“Booking ref 1567779681 Very disappointed with the above. I tried (18/6) to book a room at Llandudno for27/28 June and ended up with a booking for 24/25 /12 /2023, which was the default setting for the web site. Various phone calls to the hotel and centre yesterday were non productive, leaving me with a paid for booking, wtth no prospect of taking it up. Perhaps I should contact a Llandudno based homeless charity and offer the room so that a homeless couple could be housed on Christmas night! David Stiles CW9 6EB”

“Booking was slow and problematic. The people staying page wouldn't load, so I couldn't confirm. I had to log out, use a different browser which still gave me the same issue. It took me about half an hour to place my booking.”
