“We booked Travelodge for a business trip. We have a standard, height vehicle, that only just managed to get in the car park. In the hotel informaion it was not mentioned that there was a height restriction on the hotel car park.”

“I would have given a 5. But I had a question and when I rang the number was informed of the cost of the call, so I rang off. IF one is offering breakfast and only one person is going to be occupying the room I don't want to be paying £11 for two breakfasts. There is no option to order one which I do not understand? So I didn't order one. Will make sure I have something with me.”

“I have stayed at Travelodge before and just as I found on this occasion, the online booking was easy to understand and quick. I have given the experience 4 stars as I was disappointed that I was charged a further £17 on top of my rate for phoning immediately to change my booking by 1 day because I had clicked on the wrong day. Unfortunately, it was my mistake but since I tried to resolve the issue immediately I was rather disappointed.”

“If you are in the US remember Travelodge is not the same in the UK. I called Travelodge in the US to help book the rooms and found out the UK is not the same parent company. Online booking went pretty smooth. Haven't stayed there yet as our trip is still a week out. Don't know why they want a review now?”

“Easy to book. Much better than trying to book train tickets and buy a railcard , two logins required, download an app, enter a code. God help any person trying to do this when station ticket offices are closed !”

“It took me a long time to complete my booking. Cos when I was in the section where it asks what type of room STANDARD ?..etc It showed the number of persons as 1 room 2 persons . There was no way at that stage of changing the number of persons. I had to keep going back to the beginning”
