“Have stayed at Seaton Burn and Colwyn Bay in the past few months. Both were really clean and had a great night's sleep. Becareful when booking - we paid for breakfast but cancelled it when we found out it was a breakfast box!! We later found out it's non refundable. Feel ripped off about that, it's not (or wasn't) apparent - it's in the t & c - not impressed with that especially with the COLC.”

“Clean and comfortable. The staff - both at the hotel and the Toby Carvery next-door (where I had breakfast and supper) were excellent. Lurelle was one of the staff who was very kind and helpful. I'm sorry that I don't remember the names of the others. The on-site parking was invaluable and easy.”

“The online booking was easy but I had a question about the hotel parking. Unfortunately I couldn't call as the number given required me to either top up my phone or be charged 13p per minute on a landline to talk to someone which I found outrageous. It should have been normal a local call. There was no direct number for the hotel anywhere on the website and we didn't get one until the confirmation email came after we'd booked. We could not communicate with the company by phone until after the online booking was complete.”

“Very easy to book.first time stayed but won't be the last. Room was good, clean and had what was required. Booked breakfast which was excellent. Only poor point was the carpets which were faded and stained in places. Could do with replacing.”
