“I found the booking system clunky and unhelpful. Having tried to book one night at a particular Travelodge, the system said that no rooms were available. This was very misleading as the truth was that for that weekend, they were only taking a minimum of two nights or more. As my date was flexible I was able to book another date at the same venue, but only through my own persistence, not because the system guided me...”

“Booking was made for Quayside, yet came back for Central, when original was Quayside(extended booking ), then was also charged again for breakfast, also no loo roll and dirty crockery, but all rest ok, and thats why full stars, as only minor points.”
