“Easy to set up and book”

“I could not change my booking so I lost my money. I’m on an international phone and won’t pay a minute by minute charge to use your ‘helpline’, and there is no other way to change bookings. If you think this is acceptable, then there is little your customers can tell you that will improve your service.”

“Good value, a nice bed and room for the night. Always had good showers, and kettle is a great essential. Love that you can come and go anytime. Friendly staff. Yes there can be nicer, fancier places but you get what you pay for. and I always get what I expect. Only thing which I'd like is having a fridge and having more tea/coffee supplies to begin with.”
