“I do have to mention the staff at your Rustington/Littlehampton Travelodge, although I stay at many of your venues the staff at Rustington always /are a tribute to your company. Well done !!”

“We love Travelodge because you always know what you're getting. It's clean, staff are friendly, rooms are large, beds are good and, they accept dogs. There is always a Travelodge near to where you want to go and the consistency in service and standards is really good. We keep using them everywhere.”

“Woke at 2am by fire alarm going off With no communication we decided to vacate went to reception to find it was a false alarm We are 73 very upset and could not get back to sleep worrying. We use this travelodge quite a lot we live in Wiltshire. We are interested to see how you respond, Regards Thomas stapleton”

“Quite a confusing experience. Initially failed to offer any hotels. After reloading the problem was resolved, but the button to proceed to booking was hidden at the bottom of the page. Hard to find.”

“Travelodge is very expensive, they offer me discounts and i booked a hotel I can't use the discount. I have never been able to use the discount.”

“The website looks simple but I had a few problems with changing my dates when my originals were no longer available. I found I had to reboot the website and start again rather than just go back and edit the dates.”
