“Booked for November 2023. Logged onto your website. I had forgotten my password so asked for a password reset. That was 24+ hours ago, still no reply. Poor. I selected dates and paid without problem. About an hour later I needed to amend dates ( no RSC theatre tkts available for show night we wanted to attend). I could not amend dates online on "My Travelodge" because my password had stil not been reset. I had to phone the hotel direct but was given the number 08719848484 to change dates. It tok 10 minutes to b connected. I was then told it cost £9 more so I had to give all my card details to a stranger including the 3 digt number. Not mpressed/happy.”

“I have chosen travelodge lots of times, always satisfied. I don't know why this time I had problems to book after logging in. I gave my complete address and my Italian postal code was given as wrong. Then I booked successfully without logging in, as a guest.”

“very good experience booking, realised after booking there may not be lifts available,phoned the hotel and the lady said they should be in order, but just incase she changed the room to first floor with wet room, thats what i call good customer service.”
