“Room was updated but already tired. Bathroom floor coming away, carpet stained, pull out bed had a broken leg and lock to prevent window opening fully had been damaged so child could easily fit out. Outside grounds were dirty with bin area overflowing. But positives, staff friendly, we didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and well managed and we didn't hear any noise at night that we were expecting being in Blackpool on a Saturday night.”

“I wanted to pay with a different card and the bow wouldn’t open it kept taking me to PayPal.It then froze and closed the app and tried later and it happened again . Eventually at 11pm I was able to book”

“Booking was done in behalf of a friend, who is not familiar with online services. She was well impressed at the ease, and convenience - especially when time is limited, to do the booking from the comfort of my recliner. Highly recommendable, for technophobes! No sweat. 👍”
