“Lately very good customer service, but other times I don't use Travelodge for ages as customer service terrible, so they really need to be consistent and then they will be spot on.”

“Booking and using website has been easy to do but I did have one problem with using the site. During my first booking I registered myself and completed the transaction. When I tried to book another room under my login the site rejected my American post code. I tried for over a week to get it to accept my address. Finally, I was able to book the room as a new user and not under my login. Thank you.”

“Not always the cleanest. I have stayed in Travelodge rooms with stained and 'grubby' carpets and decor more than I would like. Supposedly low-cost, I've never managed to achieve their frequently advertised "rooms under" rate (currently "under £38"). Travelodge usually manage to undercut the price of competitors in the local area so provide a service if cost is the absolute priority.”

“Stopped hear twice just outside Centre good parking room ok clean just one thing soap despeñaré in my room was not working no soap coming out of it had a look opened it up it was black bright . Never been cleaned in year they must see this if they ever put refill in it .”

“This review is about the web site and the booking process since I didn’t travel yet. I don't know why my account is set up as if I lived in the UK, I live in Spain and it was impossible to me to change the location, so I finally book my reservation without login in. The other thing is that the first payment method didn’t go through and when I wanted to enter another one, I had to fill all of the information again.”
