“First class stays at two Travelodges this year so far at Ayr and Perth A9. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. They accommodate our needs by providing an accessible room for my wife who has mobility issues. We have booked to go back to Perth A9 in September.”

“There was plenty of on-site free parking. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The shower had good hot water pressure. Next door was a friendly pub-restaurant with great food. and a 5minute drive away was a star bucks which opened at 6am for breakfast. So the Perth travel lodge is very well located.”

“Staff were nice on front desk, came in on the night to go get some food (asked at reception and was told they were serving) went to the bar and told they weren't serving but then someone got served food behind me. Got it in the end but was just very unorganized and lack of communication. Room was nice - very warm though. Bed wasn't great either I've woke up with a sore back. Also stains on sheets on my side and 'muck' on the wall lights.”

“Being disabled I was disappointed that there was no wet rooms and just baths which is a no no for me , the receptionist Sheila was absolutely brilliant and a credit to your company”

“Found it a bit trickle had to get my daughter to help. Probably because I am old and not very good online. Maybe a choice of phoning to book would be helpful for some. When I first looked room was £179 by the time I waited to get my daughter to help it had gone up to £223 so cost me £44 more.”

“I found the app difficult to use compared with the Premier Inn app. If a mistake was made when typing in information it was difficult to delete the faulty information and insert the correct information.”

“1 out of 2 lifts not working so took ages to get to room each time I needed to. £13 is also a lot to pay for parking”
