The App has got a mistake. I am from Germany and do have a 5 digit postcode which your App does not accept although Germany was chosen. To get through with my booking I had to use a UK postcode!

It’s a room with a view. ( of McDonald’s and KFC) Bedroom was stifling hot with 2 adults and 2 children. Windows open a small amount for safety but the constant noise from the takeaways and modified cars cruising the strip is incessant. The room we had 104 was adequate although with two camp beds (probably more comfortable than the king size ) it was a bit cramped. However room 104 has the lift and the stairs next to it so you can hear people coming up the stairs throughout the night. Staff were friendly although we only saw two Ewan and the manager who were rushing around doing everything! Evening meal was acceptable. A little overcooked. Breakfast again was passable although not everything was on the menu and during the rush of 5 tables things run out quick. Not sure about the coffee machine though. A little temperamental and not that coffee ish. A passable stay but not top of the list for returning. No mention on the website there is no air con. So - There is no air con and it’s very hot but they give you a desktop fan. Despite the recent makeover it’s still a bit tired.

Stayed here a couple of time before ,plenty of parking . Very friendly staff on checking in and out . Room is clean .. bedlinen and towels fresh . Bathroom ok .. shower good with plenty of hot water . My only criticism was that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned .. dusty and cots of loo paper on the floor . Toby right next door if you fancy a beer or a carvery .. it can get busy ..our last visit was not the best but this visit was good .. not to busy and food was all fresh , hadn’t been lingering around !!!! Staff were very friendly .

Travelodge meet my requirements for a great place to stay whilst on the road. I was also very impressed with the receptionist Marcia S who was very courteous and professional. She wasted no time in getting me checked in.

booked a room, turned out to be a family room, which we don't need , maybe there wasn't any doubles available, but they did not tell us this, also keep getting emails with a discount code but they never work , always says not available at this hotel, must have tried 10 different hotels and the code never works at the one i am going to, find that rather amusing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have been staying at this central hotel in Edinburgh for years but due to recent price hikes which are too much my stays have now been limited , even if I book way in advance the prices are too much . My rating is normally a 5 . Disappointed with the chain at the moment although need to visit for work due to come . After covid prices are unbelievable. No longer a value hotel chain

I rang to book two rooms 29th Sept, the lady got it wrong for some reason and booked it in July. I rang back to get the matter corrected, and had to go through the procedure of cancelling my booking in which you have promised to send me a credit note I had to pay over £100 per room extra and end up with NINE emails trying to explain the change. Afraid not at all Happy Ray Blackmore

First class stays at two Travelodges this year so far at Ayr and Perth A9. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. They accommodate our needs by providing an accessible room for my wife who has mobility issues. We have booked to go back to Perth A9 in September.
