“very clear web site , easy to book. It is nice being able to see photos of building and area map. Always know a travel lodge will be clean and comfortable.”

“Absolutely great value for money, beautiful room with crisp white bedding. The late check out is a brilliant idea as my partners health isn’t too good and that extra time is so useful.”

“Got there 18.30, kept waiting 20 mins after ringing bell, then met by a very rude white eastern European man, not a nice welcome, this was at worthing on the sea front ,,,,, I will not be returning, and will tell my friends about my experience..”

“Easy check in bed comfortable and good shower.friendly staff,only thing to let it down was no draw space and no wardrobe,only a few hangers.luckily only 1 night stay so not a big problem.good location behind the grand Hotel and only a few minutes walk to main shops”

“I have not yet stayed, as the booking is for the end of the month. When booking I was unable to choose an arrival time, I could see no way to correct it. As we are arriving by ferry our arrival time is out of our hands. I tried ringing the contact number, but they hung up on me, and as I was paying an extortionate amount for the call I was not best pleased.”

“Quick and easy booking experience being pre-registered. No hassle at all. Fantastic rate especially near Manchester in the school holidays. Have stayed in many Travelodges all over the country over the years. Some have been better than others ranging from excellent to average but not one I would categorise as poor. Cannot respond to questions below as all booked online.”

“Any opportunity we have a free weekend we’re always off to Birch M62 to visit family as we live in Peterborough which is quite a journey. The rooms are really nice and very reasonable, staff lovely and always helpful. Handy food etc on side. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere as so handy for us.”

“I booked for Saturday the 8th July at 22.00 hours and when arrived at 00.30 told the room wasn’t booked also told you can’t book after 12.00 on the day as it automatically goes into the next day checked our booking and somehow it was booked for th 16 th July and wanted me to pay 250.00 to stay I am not happy as we then had to pay 100.00 to get home ad 01.00 in the morning will be asking for a refund”
