“My bag has been stolen from my room. I left it in the room and called to say I left it there and they said the cleaner didn’t report anything. They fobbed me off saying we will email you? They didn’t even take my email address? I asked to speak to a manager and they said manager is not there. I called again and said I need to speak to manager and they took my number and said Manager will call in the morning. No one called so I called in the morning and the lady said manager is not available and I explained what happened. When I eventually spoke to the Manager called Cara she was very unhelpful. She said she would email me if she heard anything. I told her to check with the cleaner. She said I’ll check and call you back. I never heard back and called at 12:40 and her colleague said she’s too busy to come online. She took my number and said Cara would call me back. I called again at 6pm and she had gone home. I have reported this to the Police”

“The person at the reception was friendly. The room was clean. But the shower/shampoo dispenser was either not working or empty. And that is inacceptable. Room 304”

“I can only comment on the online booking system as I haven't stayed there yet. But in terms of booking, the process was very staright foward and quick. The confirmation email came through very promptly. Overall excellent.”
