“Website is very confusing when I tried to amend my booking. I feel I got taken advantage of due to the cost of calling customer support multiple times and the cost of errors incurred by simply trying to add another day to the reservation!”

“It is hard to review the company as we have yet to stay in the hotel but i found it hard to navigate the website and find the required location plus I thought it expensive for the extras and we considered finding appropriate alternative locations but we decided to give it a go as it was the nearest. The check-in time is also late at 3pm and not helpful. I have no idea why you are asking me about delivery time and couriers. Bizarre. I have marked you down a star on this complete lack of thought with this email.”

“It was very easy to book on line, and I booked an accessible room (because my partner is disabled). The only option that came up was an accessible room with a bath, and not a walk-in shower. I therefore phoned the booking line to ask if it was possible to have a room with a shower instead of a bath, but was told that none of your rooms have showers, only baths. I realise that the accessible room will have hand rails etc, but most disabled people (including my partner) are unable to step into and out of a bath, and therefore it means that for the duration of our stay he will not be able to have a shower. I do strongly suggest that if you are going to advertise accessible rooms, they should be equipped with a walk-in shower.”

“I found my stay to be excellent value for money. Even though it is right in the middle of town all I could hear was seagulls. My refurbished room was comfortable with loads of USB ports.”

“Location- great and was nice and clean, however, I was expecting there to be a hairdryer available even for abasic room booking and my tv didn't work (no signal apparently)”
