“I found the booking process suboptimal in several ways: 1. It’s confusing - it says free cancellation, but then I was still changed as part of the process. 2. The confirmation wasn’t sent to my email address. 3. The UI is too text based and has too many steps. Ideal would be visualizing everything on one page like booking.com does.”

“Everything here is spot on. From check in onwards. Rooms are immaculately clean and I am so glad that once you have purchased your 24 hour parking ticket you do not have to register your car again on screen at reception. After all you have placed your ticket on display in your windscreen.”

“Love Travelodge! Website a doddle to use, plenty easy access information to aid hotel/room choice. In past have found all staff welcoming, courteous and ready to help with lots of local knowledge. Rooms always found to be clean and the beds and bedding are first rate Really looking forward to York visit with my aunt ( she has booked separately) to celebrate her birthday.”

“Hi, usually your booking site works fine but this time there were glitches with first the date, it refused the correct leave day and the number of guests rooms where I needed to start to book one room before I could ask for the second room. Sorry not good this time.”

“Cheap & cheerful. Staff are usually very helpful; hotels easy to find & ample parking. I have stayed in other budget hotels but keep coming back. However, not all Travelodge are the same & there are some I would avoid at all costs@”

“Great for an overnight stay. Was 3 ladies in a room - plenty of space and 3 beds. Only fault was breakfast… one poor girl was on her own, checking people in for breakfast, clearing tables and sorting shortages. Food was luvly.”
