“Night 1 Very noisy from pub next door 🚪 not the early hours. Staff said they would talk to pub but this continued. A little later there was a domestic incident causing daughter extreme upset.Requested room change. Night 2 New room. Still very noisy but staff would not move us. Just got to sleep then just after midnight heard someone unlocking and entering the room. I obviously screamed and was told it was reception staff who quickly left. Again this caused distress to myself and my daughter and hardly slept for the rest of the night. At 6am the neighbours were banging on the wall for some time. I spoke to the reception in the morning who could give no explanation as to why staff are allowed to enter occupied rooms. I have had a dreadful stay and feel I deserve a proper apology and a full refund.”

“Booked for two nights the booking website booked breakfast and Wi-Fi for only the first night. Was not clear how to have booked breakfast and Wi-Fi for the second night.”

“I found the booking process suboptimal in several ways: 1. It’s confusing - it says free cancellation, but then I was still changed as part of the process. 2. The confirmation wasn’t sent to my email address. 3. The UI is too text based and has too many steps. Ideal would be visualizing everything on one page like booking.com does.”
