“Clean pleasant room. Irritated that the hotel still charges for WiFi even though it is relatively cheap at £3 per 24hrs. The door lock card for guest's cards never worked although the master card for hotel employees worked. It was a known defect according to the receptionist that should have been rectified when brought to management's attention and definitely before my checked-in”

“Once downloaded app it was very easy to put in dates, put in details & pay 😀 only disappointment was I couldn't leave my car for duration of holiday 😑”
