“Booked a flight with a specific airline and paid more to do so. When booking was confirmed it was on a codeshare airline not the specific one we wanted and the agent knew how important it was to us. Then NUMEROUS schedule changes only communicated by the airline not Travelup and then the latest change has been communicated finally by TravelUp after we have known about it for a couple of weeks. Sorry Liam Johnson it’s not a positive review from us, you didn’t even respond to the concerns in my email!!”
“TravelUp sent me a revised flight schedule which resulted in a potential wait in Dubai of 31 hours. Upon contacting them I was given a new schedule by Liam Johnson resulting in an improvement to just 2 hours. Many thanks”

“After receiving a 3rd change to our outward flights to America it would have meant a 6 1/2 hour lay over before our connecting flight. We asked if we could exchange our flights for a more agreeable arrival time at our final destination. Our Customer Service rep Liam Johnson managed to arrange a great exchange that reduced our layover time and gave us a perfect arrival time at our final destination. This was at no extra cost and handled efficiently and both my wife and I really appreciated the service we received.”

“started well enough with great price for my flights booking was straight forward and simple received confirmation email and e-ticket shortly after booking all sorted but as with other airline bookings made in the past I know and understand things can change so kept an eye on emails and the worst happens an email from travelup's Janki Kiri saying flight time changes for my flight booking if you wish to discuss the changes further to call the number given. So I call the number within office hours answered quite quickly told them who I needed to talk to Janki Kiri, put on hold for few moments to be told she was busy on the phone but to reply to the email with my phone number and she will call me back so did this and waited for the call back 2days later after returning from work at 1am and still no call back from Janki Kiri checked my email to find email from Janki Kiri stating thank you for excepting the changes new e-ticket has been sent to your email and still no call back from Janki Kiri this I find to be extremely poor service from a company I have used before but will now neither recommend to others and will look elsewhere before reluctantly using again if ever and as I do make numerous trips a year that's flights this company may well have just lost because of lack of reading emails correctly and returning calls that would have taken five minutes tops thanks for nothing Janki Kiri for dragging down Travelup”

Booked a flight and it's not clear on the website that you have to book luggage separately! After waiting 20 minutes to get through to customer services to add on luggage, they charge £150 per suitcase for this service!! I was furious, and asked for a refund only 30minutes after paying for the flight and they gave the refund but retained £75 per ticket! I lost £150 within 30 minutes! I read on their terms and conditions that if you do not request a refund within 3 hours of the booking, you don't get one!! Absolutely shocking company! Stay clear is my advise!”

Once you make a hotel reservation, there's no way to cancel on your own.
If you call the customer service number, there's no service, you wait for 20 minutes for someone to answer and then they tell you that you need to write an e-mail and your request will be reviewed.
Stay away if you don't want to be in trouble.”
