started well enough with great price for my flights booking was straight forward and simple received confirmation email and e-ticket shortly after booking all sorted but as with other airline bookings made in the past I know and understand things can change so kept an eye on emails and the worst happens an email from travelup's Janki Kiri saying flight time changes for my flight booking if you wish to discuss the changes further to call the number given. So I call the number within office hours answered quite quickly told them who I needed to talk to Janki Kiri, put on hold for few moments to be told she was busy on the phone but to reply to the email with my phone number and she will call me back so did this and waited for the call back 2days later after returning from work at 1am and still no call back from Janki Kiri checked my email to find email from Janki Kiri stating thank you for excepting the changes new e-ticket has been sent to your email and still no call back from Janki Kiri this I find to be extremely poor service from a company I have used before but will now neither recommend to others and will look elsewhere before reluctantly using again if ever and as I do make numerous trips a year that's flights this company may well have just lost because of lack of reading emails correctly and returning calls that would have taken five minutes tops thanks for nothing Janki Kiri for dragging down Travelup

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booked a flight and it's not clear on the website that you have to book luggage separately! After waiting 20 minutes to get through to customer services to add on luggage, they charge £150 per suitcase for this service!! I was furious, and asked for a refund only 30minutes after paying for the flight and they gave the refund but retained £75 per ticket! I lost £150 within 30 minutes! I read on their terms and conditions that if you do not request a refund within 3 hours of the booking, you don't get one!! Absolutely shocking company! Stay clear is my advise!

IF you want good service, this is not the place. Once you make a hotel reservation, there's no way to cancel on your own. If you call the customer service number, there's no service, you wait for 20 minutes for someone to answer and then they tell you that you need to write an e-mail and your request will be reviewed. Stay away if you don't want to be in trouble.

When a change in flight time occurred, Liam Johnson was very quick to contact me with regards the issue. He also resolved the problem quickly and a new suitable travel time was found. Excellent service.

Hav'ent flown yet but booked flights for next year 2019 with these guys & have been kept up to speed with changes promptly very reassuring that they hav'ent just taken my money and switched of looking good for next year thanks particulary to SOFIA SMITH for your service x

Booked my resort in Jamaica through travelup. Was a little nervous at first after reading some reviews, especially since I was getting a room for almost half the price but I booked anyway. Paid in full, received a hotel voucher and confirmed with the hotel itself my reservation. Everything checked out just fine, had no issues when checking in. It’s best to call the hotel to see if there are any resort fees or taxes that may have to be paid, fortunately I didn’t have to pay either. Travelup was legit and saved me money.

I tried to make a hotel reservation which failed. The reservation failed due to my card being rejected, however, the payment was take out of my account immediately and I did not receive a confirmation email. Customer service and their Admin team blamed my bank and advised to speak to them. My bank said there were no red flags on their end and it appeared to be a valid transaction. When I called back Travelup the agent I was discussing my situation with wasn't available and didn't bother returning my call. I had to chase him up! He couldn't help me and referred me on to the Admin team and their response was simply that the reservation did not go through due to a high fraud score! I took my business elsewhere and used the same card.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I used Travelup for the first time and it will be the last. Payment up front which is not required if you book through other providers like wotif or booking. They contract out the booking to another company who is meant to book the hotels. I arrived at my hotel to find they had not sent a confirmaton or reservation through. After 3hrs of trying to get in contact with them they finally sent a confirmation to tge hotel but it didnt have the correct information. Then they said for me to re-book the hotel, pay again and they would refund. That is not acceptable. Why would i pay again when i already paid them to do one job. Horrible business. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Excellent service by Travelup especially from Sofia Smith in customer services. Sofia helped me attain a new flight after a schedule change and was extremely friendly and professional thoughout. Very happy with the service received so far.

Used Travelup recently for a business class flight return booking to Manila on Etihad Airways. Searched via a comparison site. Was very hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews however made sure my name was correct, was the exact flight I wanted. It was the cheapest I could find, compared vs the airlines own website was £2000 less! Was so shocked. Paid via American Express so knew I would be protected if anything happened with the company. I received email confirmation, and the e-ticket soon after. I waited an hour or so and rang the airline who confirmed the flight was all booked and confirmed and paid for. I have just returned and everything was absolutely perfect. Can not believe the price I paid vs other companies, so glad I chose to use Travelup. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. I did not have to call and nor did I have to amend, or make a mistake with the spelling of the name like other negative reviews so would give this company a try if I was you!

Absolute joke. I’ve been informed by the airline that my return flights don’t have baggage included in our booking, only in the outbound. Travel up have completely messed this up and refuse to acknowledge their mistake or rectify it in any way. Despite having email confirmation from travelup that we have 1pc of baggage allowance. They’re refusing to cooperate. They shouldn’t be allowed on Skyscanner or any other search engine. Absolute con!! We now have to pay a further £150 each on top of what we’ve already paid to book on baggage for half of our trip. Do not go with these charlatans.
