I had a reservation more than a month before my Trip and have to cancel but travel up charge $20 per person per night they ripped me off I never will spend a penny with them and trivago just be careful when using trivago

Very bad company! Avoid! Book confirmed and then rang me cancelling it and try to give more expensive options.

I have had my return flight cancelled by the airline and I was assisted by Liam Johnson who helped me to changed my date to the one I that is suitable. He was very help communicatiing between myself and the airline to resolve this issue.

We booked flights through travel up to Harare and the price was good. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Liam alerted us to a minor schedule change and handled the reissue of tickets in a quick and timely manner.

DO NOT USE TRAVELUP. . . . .booked hotel. Ten days later, no hotel. Called to check, rudeness. Called to cancel, gave me a run-around. I should have known that their prices were too good to be true.

Flights got changed again. Spoke with Liam who made up for the initial inconvenient flight offered and rebooked us on a flight closer to our original booking. Understand the problem was more with the airline, but he sorted out the problem and got back to me quickly.

My experience with Travelup has been very positive so far. I had to change details of a passengers by phone and I got a friendly person to talk who give me clear instructions. Other email communication for itinerary changes with Liam Johnson and others in the team have been clear.

Disgusting service, advertise cheap hotels and later email you advising the hotel you have just paid for is no longer available.

Thanks Michelle Customer Services Travel up, I made an error with online booking discovered only after I clicked and paid. I tried contacting by phone, no luck, then emailed, she promptly sorted the problem and put my mind at rest.

We booked our flight tickets via Travelup six months in advanced only to be notified two month prior to travel that they will have to make flight changes otherwise we have to cancel tickets with no refund. Travelup agents who say they operate from uk have all staff speaking in foreign accent have told us on two separate occasions to either take the change that they are offering or loose the ticket with no refund, and blame the airline companies for making such changes.

Paypal wrongly took a payment (due to a screen hanging) and had passed it through to Travel Up. Victor in accounts was truly helpful and understanding and swiftly issued a refund without any hassles. i am grateful to him and the company for understanding and will definitely be using them for my fleight booking in the future, thank you.

My flight was cancelled due to snow hence the whole sequence flight were affected, the customer service Sofia Smith was very helpful, re-booked my flights within three hours

I would give 0 stars if this was an option. The worst travel company I dealt. Had to cancel a hotel. Even though it stated "Free Cancellation" until a certain date, they still charge a admin fee of $20 per person. Rip off. I will never use this company again. Beware.

Don’t ever use this company if you pay anything up front and you have to cancel kiss your money goodbye! And customer service there is none!

I have no problem when I booked my flight from london heathrow/manila/ osaka/london heathrow.. they send me the Eticket at once and and informed me about the changes . and Sofia Smith was the one who deal with it. She reply and send me at once the new copy of my Eticket. Well Done

Having booked a long haul flight DIRECT to japan and paid in full (£1251). This company then sent me my conformation and tickets for a 1-STOP flight via MOSCOW. Very bad customer service has been received by them and no help at all, deceitful staff, not returning call's and NO REFUND given. Had to get Barclaycard involved too issue proceeding against them, lucky for me I used my visa/credit card and was protected. Will never use this company ever again and don't recommend anyone else to use them either. I have never had this problem in booking & traveling over the last 20yrs until now.

On dealing with Liam Johnson at Travel Up I found him very effecient & Helpful. It was painless booking flights to Canada & USA. Would highly recommend Travel Up for Travel bookings. George
