We booked our Christmas flights to New York via Dublin with Travelup, this was done helpfully and efficiently as was a transfer of flights when the airline changed our itinerary. We commend Liam Johnson for his helpfulness.

Booked flights to Istanbul with Travel Up as they came in slightly cheaper than booking direct. Received e mail on the 20th informing us the flight had been cancelled and the alternative was to travel a day earlier although the flight was still up on Turkish airlines website!! We now have additional costs in renewing our visas and an extra nights hotel accommodation. Think I will book direct next time.

Seems they offer cheap flights but then they change them!!! I booked to fly from Gatwick to Fort Lauderdale in November, luckily only booked the airport hotel to be told 3 months later I’m now travelling from Heathrow to Miami which now increases the cost of my cheap flight tickets, not impressed, their email responses were like a child had written them and I got told in no uncertain terms they won’t cover the costs.

I emailed Travelup on Sunday afternoon. I was very worried as had heard that BA have reduced a large no. of flights to Johannesburg.I have booked a return flight to Johannesburg in October for a riding safari holiday of a lifetime with my 2 children. I haven't been abroad for many years! Before 9.00 am Monday morning I received a reassuring email from Michelle Vincent that the flights were going ahead and there was no problem. What a relief to hear. I hadn't expected such a quick response at all so very pleased with customer services.

Called TravelUp and spoke to Liam Johnson who provided very prompt service in making sure I got the flight I wanted following a change made by Turkish Airlines. Thanks Liam!

The staff members are disgusting and certainly do not have any manners. I was told to call British airways regarding my issue and they told me I would have to contact the travel agent as there is nothing they can do. I call the travel agent and he admitted that they could not help me but he done this on purpose. This travel agent only wants your money they don’t want to help their customers it’s all about money with this company. Which is why they hire uneducated staff who speak like dogs to answer the phone. They also lied twice about calling me back and he admitted on the phone call I was waisting their time. Worst customer service I have seen in my whole life from a very big company. EMPLOY TRAINED STAFF WHO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

fantastic help from Michelle, helped me reschedule flights, looked up lots of dates for me to choose from. very quick to respond and always happy to help. even sorted reserving seats for me when i was having trouble. highly recommend Michelle, she is great!

Liam Johnson from Schedule Change Department has been excellent in changing my booking details,i just hope it would be the only changes ,as i can see few people complaining about too many changes .

Prices were really good although there were many changes to the flights from booking until departure which has made me slightly uneasy. However I cannot hold travel up responsible for schedule changes. I found that I had to contact them rather than them contacting me when a schedule change occurred I would have expected them to notify me before the airline rather than me have to inform them.

Seems that I am not the only person with issues! I made a booking with Travelup via Skyscanner. I have a booking reference by email confirming that my debit card has been authorized, however, I received an email from Travelup stating that I should contact my bank to confirm the payment which I did. My bank told me that Travelup were given a code and when they ask for the money the bank will release the payment. I gave them 4 hours until close of business to collect the payment which they did not!!

Travelup had the best price for the flights me and my 3 friends were looking for. There was a slight change in the schedule after my booking. We were looked after by janki from customer services. She was very efficient and helpful in answering all our questions and issuing us the new e-ticket. Keep up the good work.

Your customer services are the poorest I have ever come across. I had a word with some of your staff regarding changes to a booking. Each person comes with a different fee/penalty, besides, they make you feel, they are not a company for the long term but rather a short term to make the most out of their customers and go.
