I'm not a person who writes reviews about anything but this I wanted to share, especially after reading some unflattering reviews of the company. Hope this helps. I received an email from TravelUp after a month from booking our flights that one of our flights (10h) had been cancelled and that we had been put on a different flight. This didn't change our holiday plans at all and actually made it even better, as we were put in first class! Very efficient and quick customer service. Thanks Liam Johnson for making our honeymoon in December that little bit more special.

Liam Johnson emailed me to inform me of the schedule changes to the flights I had booked and emailed over the new flight e-ticket straight away. Great customer service.

I had booked a flight to ktm from LHR,but they have made a changes all of a sudden coz of flight schedule and called a travel up customer services and spoke with Sofia Smith,she handled it very camly and carefully as a professional and sorted it out next day. very glad to get booked air ticket with travel up and will book in future from travel up.Thanks Sofia Smith.You are a diamond.

Awful customer service, refusing to give a refund despite selling us tickets to a flight that had been axed! Unless you want to lose money and have your holiday ruined DO NOT USE

I found Liam very helpful.I was not pleased that Ethiopian airline change my return flight as I had only booked it last week and am lucky I can stay in Capetown for the extra two days.I think I should have a free upgrade see what you can do.have used TravelUp on quite a few occasions and would recommend Thank you Liam.

Overall I am happy with travelup service received good price and easy-to-use online bookings. I had a problem with schedule changes which is down to the airline. Travelup contacted me in advance and help me with alternative dates. In particular Liam Johnson was very helpful and accommodating in understanding my needs although I could not get through to travelup initially due to the scheduled changes affecting a lot of people. I would recommend travelup to anyone.

I booked through travel up and right from the Off it was difficult speaking to the staff. I was told to book online. I could not see how to book luggage and called the office again and was told I could not book luggage but finally found online and booked luggage. Later I found that my daughter had mixed up her exam week with holiday week and we needed To change the dates. Staff (Charlie) was very unhelpful, did not call back, did not respond to emails. Price’s constantly changing and minimum £900 for 4 people to change date plus additional charge for difference in fare. Total additional fee was over £1000. Would not recommend travel up! Problems paying online and even the guy at my bank said “oh when I saw it was travel up I was concerned” he had also used and would not use again. All fine if no contact with people required and no changes required.

Efficient, courteous & responsive service. One email to Liam Johnson sorted out minor time change caused by airline, Air Canada. Ticket pricing was good.

Terrible customer service. I booked my flights through this agent and requested for an e-ticket receipt, wrote them more than 3 times across two months, never heard back...
