I received an email from TravelUp after a month from booking our flights that one of our flights (10h) had been cancelled and that we had been put on a different flight. This didn't change our holiday plans at all and actually made it even better, as we were put in first class! Very efficient and quick customer service. I had a problem with schedule changes which is down to the airline. Travelup contacted me in advance and help me with alternative dates.
In particular Liam Johnson was very helpful and accommodating in understanding my needs although I could not get through to travelup initially due to the scheduled changes affecting a lot of people.

Price’s constantly changing and minimum £900 for 4 people to change date plus additional charge for difference in fare. Total additional fee was over £1000. Would not recommend travel up! Problems paying online and even the guy at my bank said “oh when I saw it was travel up I was concerned” he had also used and would not use again. All fine if no contact with people required and no changes required.”
