Liam Johnson was great, we were notified about a flight change which cut our visit short by two days. We suggested an altnative flight and he made it happen. Great service!

Staff are so unhelpful , trying to sort my flights and credit card company state transaction hasn’t went through, however within less that 12 hours they state it’s went through to change would be £289 each (for a cheaper flight) to cancel I would lose the full amount. Won’t be using them ever again.

I recently bought holiday flights with Air China through TravelUp and had a good experience overall. Admittedly I only purchased flights rather than a package and I did not need to make any changes to the booking post-purchase so did not incur any additional charges, nor did I need to speak with their customer services team. This was the first time I had purchased flights through a 3rd party and it was an anxiety-inducing experience (they ask you to 're-confirm' your flights a couple of days beforehand but don't explain why this might be necessary). However they were far cheaper than buying directly with the airline and it ended up to be just as smooth as if we had purchased directly (check-in 36 hours before flights all went smoothly).

Absolutely terrible, they took my money for flights, then tried to charge me £50 saying flights had gone up. I declined, it took them a week to give me the money back, i went back on, the flights were cheap again on the website and again they asked for more money after booking. Every time i call them to try and resolve this the say they will call me back in 5 minutes and never call back. THEY ARE A SCAM. do not book with them.

Awful customer service. Have recently been on the phone for 45 minutes - 40 of which spent being told I was 'First in the queue, your call will be answered in approximately 10 seconds'. Only to get through, be passed around 3 different departments and placed on hold for another 10 minutes. Staff are rude and unhelpful, all stemming from an issue with a schedule flight change they refuse to help deal with. Avoid like the plague if you are considering using this company.

DO NOT USE TRAVELUP! They are the worst. They have zero support if there are any issues, and will not provide the least in customer support. The extra dollars to book elsewhere are definitely worth it. They canceled a reservation on me when I did not want the reservation canceled and charged me a penalty fee of $300! When I called back to see if they could rebook the reservation for me, they said the Hotel would not allow it. I called the hotel and they had not heard from TravelUP, and that they would call TravelUp to try and work it out for me. ...obviously TravelUp was lying and just wanted the cancelation fee. this Company is unreal, avoid the headache and DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELUP!

We recently had a problem with flights due to the collapse of BMI . We contacted Travelup and were advised by the very helpful Sofia Smith (customer services) that travelup would contact airline regrading a refund . Sofia was incredible helpful and efficient responding to E-mails immediately and getting our refund to us much more quickly than expected. Thank you Sofia Smith for your helpful and your very focused customer approach, from two very satisfied customers.

Family holiday -We booked 3 flights from Glasgow to Cape Town , 2 flights from Newcastle to Cape Town and 2 flights from Edinburgh to Cape Town, all to connect to onward flight to Cape Town in London. what the site was very good at concealing ( in tiny print ) was that the flights from both Glasgow and Newcastle were to London Heathrow and not to Gatwick where the connecting flight was departing from... we had to hire a car to take5 of us and our luggage to Gatwick- an extra stress and cost we could have done without and there was absolutely no help from Travel Up to change the flights, which could very easily have been done. Also, the paperwork is poor and it involved many phone calls to establish what the luggage allowances were and some of the flight prices included luggage and some we had to pay extra for. Poor site.Poor company. Will certainly never use again.

I had booked a flight online which was paid for in full using my debit card. I had received a notification that the flight was confirmed and that the booking was completed successfully. The following day I received a call to advise that the fare had gone up and they would not honour the fare that I had booked online despite me receiving a confirmation that it was booked at that fare. After battling with them on the phone, all they would offer me was a refund which would take a further 5 days to credit back into my account, preventing me to book elsewhere. Just be careful using this agency as they certainly do not have any scruples or indeed honour their confirmations.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would question the validity of positive reviews for this company. They are the epitome of poor customer service and has been a terrible experience from start to finish. So bad that I actually had to question whether this was a legitimate site. Your typical call centre, didn’t understand English and then Liam Johnson / Neil Taylor (not sure real names) react by raising voices and being condescending! Booking with Travelup caused a hell of a lot of stress prior to our holiday which was upsetting! They still owe us money for a refund - five months have passed - seems like a scam to me?! We have spoken with the Airline direct and they have informed us that Travel Up are incorrect and are not following the correct policy. Travel up also won’t show us any confirmation or correspondence from the airline. My advise - avoid like the plague and book with a reputable provider.

Hard learned lesson - never use shabby Travel Agent - book directly with airline instead! Avoid at any cost. Absolute lack of customer service and 0 flexibility. Made an error in booking - British Airways would allow for the change free of charge within 24 hours from the time booking has been mad but these guys would simply demand for this £108/person. Bunch of scammers at best!

I booked a return flight through Travel up. My flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight as a result. British Airways booked me onto another flight but cancelled my return flight at the same time without telling me. BA officials didn’t take responsibility for their mistakes and told me to sort it out. The first person I spoke with in Travel Up was unhelpful and told me that he couldn’t help me. I emailed Travel up and Tim Wade somehow managed to fix the problem and organise my return flight. Excellent service!! Thank you Tim.
