Dry good service the airline dropped my return flight so I was given another but I didn’t like the times so travel up gave me a choice of alternative flights to choose from Fleming Grayson I believe was the person I dealt with very professional and prompt

Travelup, booked the family holiday all seemed good, services seemed ok , but then when we had issues abroad no answer on the emergency contact number, our transfer refused to take us from the hotel to the airport even though paid for as part of the package holiday? Sowe had to make our own way to the Airport at our expense. On returning home to UK contacted Travelup, initially fobbed off then got told to wait 28 days for a response. Eventually got refunded less that half the cost I paid to get me and my family to the Airport, needless to say I won't be using this company again. Very poor customer services, felt like once they had your money your on your own.

This was the review I left before we got to the airport. Nice and easy website to use. Best price around for what I was looking for. This is the review I am leaving now. A few negative reviews hit the nail on the head. When you have paid all the money you have got to do all the groundwork to try and make sure your holiday runs smoothly. I had to contact travel up prior to my holiday because they hadn't sent me and documentation for my holiday. The person I spoke to was very cocksure of himself and sniggered a few time as if to say that I don't know what I was talking about. When I said to him that I hadn't received any paperwork he laughed and said there is nothing to worry about and I would receive it a week before I fly. Next minute all the paperwork came through in an email. In that email, there were my flight details. When I booked the holiday a prebooked my seats on the airplane. In the documents travel up sent me was my pre-booked seats clearly stating my seat numbers which I did on their website. We arrived at the airport on the day of our flight and when we went to check-in, the assistant from Turkish airlines said that travel up hadn't paid for the seats and we could not have the allocated seats and we would have to sit on different parts of the plane. She also said that this was a common problem with travel up. I sent travelup two emails and they replied to the second one. They told me that they don't allocate seats on their website and if I had a problem, I was to contact the airline. I then sent travelup a copy of the document that they sent me with their logo on the top of the page proving that I had prebooked the seats. I didn't get any reply, so I have sent another 2 emails and still nothing. We book these travel agents to ease the stress on holiday, but it seems that they don't give a dam after you have paid the money. This is the first and last time I will use them.

Original itinerary impossible - flying into one city airport, onward journey from different one - not possible to reach onward plane. Flight arrangements changed but Travelup failed to inform American Airlines and we were faced with the possibility of buying tickets home from Memphis. Only the effort made by American Airlines staff mitigated this. Company just not interested in complaint - merely 'appreciated the feedback'. Avoid them! I shall update this review should the complaint be taken more seriously.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! This company is a scam... Booked ticket they take the money from my bank account then send me an email that my fare is cancelled and was asking for more money. When I called them they asked for more money then stated in their official page. The customer service is awful talking with you in the rude manner, when I asked why they asking for more money then stated in their page he just dropped the phone down. Called one more time the operator said they will call back in hours time but no one didn't call back. And don't return the money. Probably need to ask help from trading standards to get our money back Was calling one more time to find out what happening with my flight operator just hang up the phone again with no explanation. What kind of service is it? I think the good feedback leave the companies people because with service like that no one gonna leave a good feedback! Still didn't receive my money back from cancelled flights

BA flight cancelled Travelup failed to inform me then after I booked new flights Travelup failed to re confirm booking so flight lost. Absolutely inept

$20 per person (admission fees) for canceling the free cancellation booking, It doesn't matter how many persons on the booking, They charge per room capacity, I am getting all my money back, they get the bad review and the complaint, Long story short, you can't trust overseas sites.

bought a flight ticket on line site was not clear in many ways, site was not clear about cancellation fees when booking, found later that my ticket was not refundable after making the booking wanted to charge me £220 to change the return date

flights were cancelled due to BA strikes. TravelUp did not contact me saying they have the money and when I rang them they said it can take up to 4 weeks which is ridiculous as it is nearly £500 which is nearly all the spending money I had before I had to book new flights. BA have told me that TravelUp have the money in their account. Do not book with TavelUP

My sisters and I booked a holiday with travelup, only for them to tell us two weeks before there was an error and our booking is not valid. Their compromise was a lower standard hotel with a £40 discount. Being in the same industry, I am shocked at the service and do not recommend booking with this company. Now we have to find a hotel in two weeks- most of which are fully booked and at premium prices. Avoid disappointment and do not take the risk with this company. never again

If you want your dream travel/holiday become a disaster and a nightmare, feel free to book with travel up. Failed to rectify a stupid mistake on e-ticket reported by email the following day didn’t allow me to departure. Money for ticket, programmed coach, hotel , and 6 days booked annual leave, ALL went out through the the window Very useless and some of operator very rude hang up phone during a conversation. What a great Customer Service!!!!

Everything was fine until I needed to contact their customer services. Allegedly open from 9am - 6pm, called first thing in the morning to be kept waiting for 20 mins on hold despite being first in the queue and despite being given a 1 min wait time. Called again to speak to their schedule change department at 5.30pm but was told the person had left the office. Called again the next day at 9am to be told that this person was on a break after being in work for 30mins! Blatantly avoiding my calls all because I’m entitled to a cancellation and full refund. Indian call centre adds to the frustration of speaking to non native English speakers. AVOID!

Please avoid. Flight affected by BA strike. BA confirmed that I'm eligible for refund. Travelup refused to do anything saying the trip is on!! Hung up on me twice. Very rude and not helpful.

The customer Servies was really bad they hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager also they charged me £50 just to make one change in my personal details I don’t recommend it at all they are ropers

Flight cancelled. Had to call and e mail a number of times before finally getting it sorted. would of been easier to book direct with the airline. Hopefully this is now sorted out, however I'm not confident.

AVOID AT ALL COST, TRAVEL UP HAS RUIN MY HOLLIDAYS!!! LEFT ME IN AGONY AND MY 2 KIDS DEVASTATED BY NOT BEING ABLE TO GO ON HOLLIDAYS!!! I booked on a 19 August just around midnight 3 tickets (myself and my 2 Kids) for £1,100 and notices 2 hours after booking that my daughter surname was incorrect and notify straight away Travel Up to modify the name. Travel upp has deliberately delayed dealing with this issue. They do not respond directly to emails and in order to get a response I had to send 4 emails begging them to contact the airline earlier morning on 20 August 2019 Nothing was done!!! I had myself to call the airline (Iberia) the staff in London were very helpful and nice I was told that they can amend any mistake in a booking as long as it is during the first 24 hours but as I didn't buy my tickets directly with the airline that travel up should contact them directly! When calling Travel up (please note they call are high rate) I get the phone put down on me!! When I called a 2nd time same day Someone with an asian accent told me to stop calling them 20 times a day and that Someone is dealing with it! Full stop they won't give you any information!! WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER!! Iberia airline where much better, Polite and Helpful such a SHAME! IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH YOUR BOOKING DON'T EXPECT TRAVELUP TO SORT YOU OUT. ITS NOT IN THEIR INTEREST TO AMEND OR RESOLVED ANYTHING SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO PAY ANOTHER TICKET AND GET THE CANCELLATION FEES! I WAS UNABLE TO TRAVEL WITHOUT MY DAUGHTER WE LOST OUR MONEY AND NO HOLLIDAYS! SCAMMERS TRAVEL UP SHAME ON YOU!!
