I had booed 4 multi-stops with Travelup 1st time by Skyscanner after payment has gone true & confirmation back . they are 3 flight wrong & time flight, Try to contact the staff at 9.15pm at night & tell me to call admin flight 9am -6 pm next day, Yes I did & been talking all day but nobody can help me & you will have to pay for the fee that way Travel make money for . Not my fault & double check before making a payment. I will have a meeting in Taiwan 10 am How on earth I will book my flight at 7.50 am from Taiwan to Bangkok. very upset & headache, No more this Travelup. Also, I will send the email to Watchdog & Channel 5 investigate this agency xx good luck the hell Travelup

Customer service inexperienced, aggressive and unhelpful. We were told that we would get seats together and on that basis went ahead with the booking, only to find we were separated. They may be cheaper, but there's a reason for that.

NEVER AGAIN! Scam pricing, offered 100 GBP flight, in 1 min to fill in the details they raised the price to 135 and raised the car rental price too! Then it added parking which I didn't want and could not delete it until I went back 10 pages and started again, which dumped all my info so I had to enter it again. Then after confirming payment a day later they emailed to say I had to call my credit card company and get the authorisation # from them....which they will not do. I then phoned travel up only to be told I could only email them and they would answer within 2 hours, which they did not! Then with 1 hour left before british air cancelled my reservation I had to rebook directly! I would have had no flight otherwise....absolutely the worst experience and waste of time I ever had with a travel site!

Bought 2 tickets for the price of £1150. Called the airline and they have stated that the penalty per cancellation per ticket is £150 approximately. Contacted Travel up to get my refund and they are not willing to refund the difference. They have mentioned that they can only refund the taxes which come to be no more than £140 for the total price of the 2 tickets. Meaning that they will unfairly keep over £710. I really don't know what to say... Laws that protect big companies and not the working class, considering that the last one subsidies the first one. A real joke!!!

Absolutely disgraceful service, booked flights, paid for them and was then told sorry price has gone up by over £400 - how can this happen. AVOID AVOID AVOID - Don't waste you time with these people.

Seems they offer cheap flights but then they change them!!! I booked to fly from Gatwick to Fort Lauderdale in November, luckily only booked the airport hotel to be told 3 months later I’m now travelling from Heathrow to Miami which now increases the cost of my cheap flight tickets, not impressed, their email responses were like a child had written them and I got told in no uncertain terms they won’t cover the costs.

The staff members are disgusting and certainly do not have any manners. I was told to call British airways regarding my issue and they told me I would have to contact the travel agent as there is nothing they can do. I call the travel agent and he admitted that they could not help me but he done this on purpose. This travel agent only wants your money they don’t want to help their customers it’s all about money with this company. Which is why they hire uneducated staff who speak like dogs to answer the phone. They also lied twice about calling me back and he admitted on the phone call I was waisting their time. Worst customer service I have seen in my whole life from a very big company. EMPLOY TRAINED STAFF WHO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

Seems that I am not the only person with issues! I made a booking with Travelup via Skyscanner. I have a booking reference by email confirming that my debit card has been authorized, however, I received an email from Travelup stating that I should contact my bank to confirm the payment which I did. My bank told me that Travelup were given a code and when they ask for the money the bank will release the payment. I gave them 4 hours until close of business to collect the payment which they did not!!

Your customer services are the poorest I have ever come across. I had a word with some of your staff regarding changes to a booking. Each person comes with a different fee/penalty, besides, they make you feel, they are not a company for the long term but rather a short term to make the most out of their customers and go.

Booked a hotel with them and they gave us the wrong reference number. We were from an early flight wanting to rest as soon as we arrived in the hotel only to find out that we are not on the reservation list. We rang the customer support number and waited half an hour for a response. finally, it got sorted. I sent them an email and I only received “sorry for the inconvenience. Now that it is sorted, hope you’ll have a wonderful stay”. Our phone company will charge us for the call we’ve made and to think it was a long wait. Wasted our time when we could’ve been enjoying it. They did not even offer to compensate us for the call cost when we wouldn’t have spent that money if not for the error on their part. Poor customer service! If anyone could help me report this incident and get a proper compensation from the company, that would be a great help.

Bought ticket for this company and the e-ticket clearly said my baggage allowance for my flight. However, I checked it with the airlines and was being told that the baggage allowance in my e-ticket is not correct. I went back to Travelup and explaining the situation. Travelup eventually turned up with deaf ear and insists the e-ticket I have is wrong. They straightaway issue a new e-ticket to me in order to cover up their mistake not even to admit their mistake on their website. I thought this is really a deal rather than going direct with the airlines itself. I believe they use this tactic to lure people to buy from them and after that it is not what it says on the tin. Avoid!

I've bought tickets and had a problem when they decided to rescheduled. The new flights would not fit to my needs and they would not offer anything else. A real nightmare. Will not buy from them anymore!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not book with this company! Booked my airfare home to the States with a US credit card (currently living/working in the UK and traveling home for the summer.) Received booking confirmation details and payment authorized emails after booking. Immediately received a call from customer services checking if I wanted to upgrade my fare. No thanks - all set. Two weeks later, receive an email saying my payment has not been authorized and my flight/tickets have been cancelled! No warning, no email, no phone call just cancelled. But the payment was taken from my credit card the day of booking. And the agents spoke to me immediately after booking to ask about upgrades! They seems happy to take my money then... Called customer services to ask why my flight was cancelled and they said I need an authorization code from my card carrier - so I call them - internationally at my own expense. Card carrier says there is no authorization code to give, but that TravelUp has successfully received payment two weeks ago and if they have an issue to contact them for the verification code. Call TravelUp again. After being put on hold, talking to several different agents, finally one comes on to say that without verification code, they cannot confirm my tickets. Nothing else to do - "it's just our policy." So two weeks later, Travel Up has had my money for weeks and cancels my tickets without warning because of an inexistent code. Now flights are more expensive and I can't pay for new ones until TravelUp refunds the money they've had for weeks. What sort of business model is this? They clearly received payment from me and sat on it for weeks without contacting me to discuss this non-exsistent authorization code. Will never book with them again and advise you not to trust this business!

Travelup have cancelled my bookings without informing me or asking me. the rude Mitchell says she was told by her manger Mustafa to do it. i only found out because BA told me. Mitchell said they will deduct penalty though I did not ask to cancel! She said Mustafa will call me at 12.30 uk time but it is now 1.52 but no jpy. i called three times but Mitchell says he has not come in and another person says he is at break. He also said speak to big boss Gary Smith on Monday. they are sitting on my money and there is no booking.

Travel F*** Up !! Rearranged my flights without explanation. Took 3 weeks to get back to me. This change to my travel plans cost me another £100. No sense of customer service or respect to the client at all. DO NOT USE.

I booked my ticket with travel up with Royal Air Maroc and they cancelled my return flight twice and rescheduled me to return back 3 days early not happy won't use this again

Terrible customer service!! Have been trying to contact them for few weeks. In a few attempts when I've finally reached them on phone they say the responsible person is not available and keep promising to call me back very soon. And yet after few weeks I have not received a call neither a reply to my many emails!!! I bought my flight tickets from this company and paid extra for a 23kg luggage. However the airline charged me again at the airport as my bag allowance was not registered in their system. Putting the frustration at the airport aside, I've sent the receipt to this company to get a refund but NO ANSWER!!!!

received email stating return flight was cancelled was rebooked onto flight cutting my stay a day early. I phoned, emailed twice, then phoned again to be informed that my return flight had only been brought forward an hour and she couldn't understand why they dealt with this so badly. I have yet to discover why. With the initial booking was "awarded" a 10 quid voucher - I wont be using it, needless to say. No, Liam Johnson did not do well.
