“I bought a tree in memory of a friend’s mother who had recently passed away. I am in the UK and my friend lives in California, so I was keen to get them a living memorial close to where they live and was delighted that Trees for a Change provide the location of the trees so recipients can visit them. I also like that they provide progress photos every 5 years. My friend and his wider family were really touched by the gesture, and plan to visit the tree when it’s established. A great service, and a lovely way to rebuild forests damaged by wildfire.”
