Purtroppo una volta arrivato, quel modello lo slim petit mi vestiva stretto sulle maniche, così mi consigliano di sostituirlo con un modello slim, più agevole nei movimenti. Spedisco il prodotto piccolo e mi fanno il rimborso, nel frattempo mi creano un buono sconto con la stessa percentuale applicatami al Black Friday per il nuovo ordine. Prodotto nuovo arrivato, perfetto, sono stati super cordiali ed efficienti. Soddisfatta al 100% packaging grandioso.”
“Service has been excellent. Had to return one Trench coat as it wasn’t the style I thought I wanted. Easy return process, could be a little quicker at processing the return/refund. Shame you can’t just request replacement size/style. Fast delivery arrived 3 days sooner than expected.”
