“I love the material and the cut of the coat. But maybe Trench London should rethink the sizes. I am 5″10 with a clothing size (in Germany) of M/L and here I had to order an XL, according to the measurements given. It fits very well on the upper body, but the coat could be a bit tighter on the lower body. I assume that your customers are by no means all slim supermodels with the perfect figure. Please just become a company for all shapes and cover all types of "perfect" trench lovers. That would be great.”

“Absolutely love my trench! But sizing is on the small size and I used your sizing chart and you recommended a medium for me. Could have ordered a large cause it’s a bit snug around the chest. Hoping it will loosing up a bit But the quality is great !”

“Service has been excellent. Had to return one Trench coat as it wasn’t the style I thought I wanted. Easy return process, could be a little quicker at processing the return/refund. Shame you can’t just request replacement size/style. Fast delivery arrived 3 days sooner than expected.”

“Nice...but could be improved. The overall trench is nice, the ordering was sent swiftly, nice box...I would have hoped for may be a tighter twill to add a bit of stiffness to the trench. Out of the box the fabric was already a bit crumpled... I think the most annoying thing is the size and return policy. When your brand is not distributed and customer have no possibility to try out anywhere, having a return policy consisting in "refund under 14 days and order another one at the right size after you tried the one you recieve" is a bit south of a premium custommer service...Add to this that putting my measurements and asking to Trench London an advice about the size they advice my was XXL and by taking a risk I took XL to discover at delivery that may be an L fit would be the real one that makes the experience a bit mixed. So in my opinion Trench London should really revise its return policy to make the exchange on easy mode rather than on a refund basis.”

“The style and the quality of the product are both outstanding and the prizing reflects it without being ridiculous. Finding the right size is a bit tricky and I would recommend, if not absolutely sure, order different versions to be at the safe side. Also, when sending something back, it is a bit of a nightmare that you guys need up to 14 working days to ensure the return of payment. That should be a lot faster and maybe even linked to modern payment schemes like e.g. PayPal, who offers payment after 14 days and in case you can make a reimbursement before these 14 days are over, the customer account would not even see the money leaving. Might be an additional trigger to order from you guys, if that would work!”

“The coat is stunning. I ordered The Queen. Beautifully packed, shipped quickly, and felt really special opening the gorgeous box. I followed the Size Guide which made my recommended size a ‘Large’. I am normally a S/M (5’9” tall, B-cup, 135lbs). The ‘Large’ coat fit perfectly across my shoulders and bust and arm length, but the overall coat as a Large, is excessively long to past my knee, and excessively tenty/bulky with 5” of space to spare around my actual body. I wouldn’t try a size down as the Medium is likely too narrow at the shoulders/bust. For the cost and novelty of the coat, it would be very helpful if Trench provided the garment sizes when ordering, detailed for each coat and size. Overall, for $1,000 spent, I will still need to take this to a custom tailor to modify the coat to fit nicely.”

“The only reason why I’m giving this jacket less than five stars it’s because one of the buttons came off of the jacket almost immediately and one other one is almost ready to fall off as well and I’ve worn the jacket maybe three times. But overall, it’s a beautiful piece of clothing, and the material is heavy in addition to quality workmanship. Like I said it’s just the buttons. I would highly recommend.”

“I happen to have two repairs to make: 1 - I was not very pleased with the fact that the length of my Harrington Jacket is longer than my leather bomber jacket, despite the measurements indicated being similar. It is labeled "Designed to be at the waist for a contemporary look" - which is not true, unlike the leather bomber which is perfect. 2 - I was a little disappointed that you didn't sell the arm badges separately.”
