“The quality of the coat appears to be very good, however, I reached out to customer service via their online form and have not received a response. It’s been at least a week and it states 24-72 hours on their site. Very disappointed.”

“It is a very beautiful and very good quality coat. I dreamed about this for a whole Year and waited for the opportunity to buy this coat from Trench London. I placed an order in the online store from the official Trench London website and everything went wonderfully easy and simple. I received my item in 8 days. The DPD courier was nice and polite. No additional fees or taxes, just the cost of the coat. But my disappointment was very strong and I am still upset, because I have to return the goods, because the coat is very nerrow in the shoulders. I usually wear size S, but this time I orderd size M and followed the size guide. It is very strange cut of this coat .... I am an ordinary woman - not a bodybuilder with inflated shoulders, but the coat is so tight in the shoulders that I can´t raise my arms forward:(”

“Well, I put in my length and weight and the result was, order a Large coat. But, if I was… 30-40 pounds or 20-30 kg more it should be ok. Not even close. I can not recommend this… at all!”
