“DO NOT PURCHASE VIA THIS SITE!! I have purchased a coat for EUR 585,- but it wasn't my size, so I returned it. This way in May 2022. Since than, no one responses to my emails and I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY REFUND BACK YET!! AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CLOTHES VIA THIS SITE!! Awaiting response from the company, awaiting my refund, EUR 585,- is a lot of money!!”

“Its a f*&king scam. They will accept your return but not refund your money. Website states free 60 days returns. No phone number and emails are not monitored nor returned. DO NOT BUY”

“DO NOT BUY!!!! DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY!!!! I purchased 2 coats. Just to make sure I purchased the right size. I returned the second one the next day. 7 emails later, countless attempts to reach out to customer care through social media the company has yet to respond nor return my $900. They stole from me. I send them proof that the jacket was returned and they received it but no response. This is a Horrible horrible company and with illegal company practices. TRENCH IS A SCAM !!!! TRECH REACH OUT TO ME AND GIVE ME MY MONEY !!”

“I ordered this in advance for an event but it is still not delivered. Really disappointed in customer service where I cannot even call to tell my issue instead have to wait a whole day for an reply. And at the end I still have no resolution to it”

“Not satisfied at all. I ordered an € 800,00 coat and got a polo shirt delivered instead. No telephone number on the website to call just a contact form (not customer friendly by the way) After being in contact with the customer service it turns out that you don't even have the particular coat in stock, so you made me order and pay and now I have to wait for my money to be returned and not be able to buy my girlfriend another present. so this is really fucked up.”
