“I love this trench. Great quality - materials and construction. I have already gotten several compliments. I absolutely love the pop-up collar. It really makes it standout and a feature I like the most. My only complaint is the side/arm panel logo. I can tell after a few wears it's going to stick out esp the corners. I wish it was sewn on. I tried to take it off but then I'm left with two buttons showing. It's not bad though. Customer service was good too. As soon as I made my purchase I second-guessed the size I bought. Customer service quickly changed the size for me before it shipped. Overall I am very happy with my purchase! Maybe I'll get one in black :)”

I placed an order in the online store from the official Trench London website and everything went wonderfully easy and simple.
I received my item in 8 days. The DPD courier was nice and polite. No additional fees or taxes, just the cost of the coat.
But my disappointment was very strong and I am still upset, because I have to return the goods, because the coat is very nerrow in the shoulders.
I usually wear size S, but this time I orderd size M and followed the size guide.
It is very strange cut of this coat .... I am an ordinary woman - not a bodybuilder with inflated shoulders, but the coat is so tight in the shoulders that I can´t raise my arms forward:(”

“I love the material and the cut of the coat. But maybe Trench London should rethink the sizes. I am 5″10 with a clothing size (in Germany) of M/L and here I had to order an XL, according to the measurements given. It fits very well on the upper body, but the coat could be a bit tighter on the lower body. I assume that your customers are by no means all slim supermodels with the perfect figure. Please just become a company for all shapes and cover all types of "perfect" trench lovers. That would be great.”
