“Wonderful customer service! I realized I had ordered the wrong brush as soon as I opened the box. Customer Service immediately put the correct brush in the mail to me along with a return shipping slip for the first brush. Quick & easy.”

“Originally, I got the wrong brush and I called up and immediately I was sent a new one that I ordered and I could send it when I got back. It was really a great experience because most of the time people go when you have to buy another one you have to go through all this rigmarole, and the whole process was amazing.”

“I thought this place was fake and I was going to get counterfeit products. It’s real and the brushes are real the founder emailed me as well to talk about my concerns before my purchase. Great place to find the rare color of pink brushes for this brand. I recommend this site to anyone interested in Mason Pearson products.”
