“Product arrived in good time - it's a long way to Australia! The outer packaging was damaged in transit, but no loss or damage to the contents, so not a big deal. Very happy with my new Viviienne Westwood ring and I'm wearing it now.”

“I ordered a hat but had no conformation of shipping information. I rang the store to enquire about this, I was told that the size I had ordered was out of stock (the website system hadn't updated the stock). I was told that I had been sent an e-mail addressing this issue, but I hadn't received anything. The shop assistant informed me that a larger size was available and if it was too large, the return option would be free to use. He told me that the hat would arrive the next day, which it did. Overall, good service. Triads just need to make sure that their online stock system is kept current and the email service is functioning correctly.”

“Excellent delivery tracking ! Top of class ! 6 stars for that... Medium to good.... time to receive goods ( Teeside to Thessaloniki via Birmingham - Eindhoven - Budapest - Bukarest ). ok ... sounds like the Olympic Games torch relay... Item as described - all ok ! “After an initial blip (delivery didn't go out same day apparently over confusion between billing and delivery address) after calling, situation was sorted out and trainers were delivered next day. Quick service with great tracking available. Product arrived next day in perfect condition. Happy customer.”

“Great service and product range I will be making many more purchases but will ask for a different delivery option. Only down side is who they use to deliver (DPD/Interlink) it would be much more convenient if delivery is via Royal Mail when delivering to flats as DPD/Interlink never turn up and always come with the same excuses that they tried and no one was home, I had to travel 3 miles to my nearest depot to collect my package and as I do not drive this was very inconvenient >x. it would be good if there was an option to choose more than one delivery company as they are totally useless. But on a whole I've had a great experience with triads but the delivery service is point blank terrible when living in flats.”
