“Getting my Trinca-Ferro knobs was like reliving xmas morning as a child. They were so shiny and beautiful... every single one of them! The customer service was extraordinary (even with the different time zones) and delivery incredibly quick. Amazing and original products! You won't be disappointed!”

“The service was very prompt, but the description of the goods was entirely wrong, unfortunately the colour was completely different to the website. You need to really look at the colour representation and the reality of the goods. everything else about the service was very good, shame i can't use the pieces.”

Hi and thanks for your review.. images can vary a little from monitor to monitor and we do try our best to get it right.. which by and large we do.... would you like to swap for something else...?

“We were looking for cupboard knobs that would suit our newly painted doors and would look suitably distinctive. Eventually we found your website and the choice was extensive. After an hour or so we settled on the basket weave knobs. The colour choice was also extensive. We ordered the chosen items on Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning there was an email showing the knobs prior to despatch. The package arrived on Wednesday morning and the knobs were fitted that afternoon and look amazing. Full marks for choice, quality and service. Will definitely use you again.”

“I'm very impressed with this company; I ordered on-line on the 24/07, was sent a photo of the goods I ordered before they were despatched and then sent a link to monitor the delivery. They arrived, very well packaged, on the 29/07 from India via Leipzig to the UK and then on to Somerset - this is a lot better than most UK companies I have dealt with. The prices are excellent; you can see exactly the same cupboard knobs (all sourced from India) online and in stores selling for a lot more, so even with the packaging, they are very well priced. I have already recommended the site to a friend and no, I haven't been paid to write this review!”

“I am very pleased with my posh coloured glass doorknobs. I wanted them a little different from those shown on the website, slightly 'bespoke'. But quickly and the staff were very kind to make that possible, and at no extra charge.”

“Great choice on website with good pictures and dimensions. Images emailed prior to delivery to confirm address and correct order. Efficient delivery. Very quick response and replacement for one damaged knob. Would definitely use Trinca-ferro again - just need some more cupboards to put new handles on!”
