“Loved the cupboard door knobs - easy to fit and look good.”

“I had to ring the company because online it looked like they didn't have enough of the handles that I wanted in stock. However this problem was immediately rectified and a couple of days later I received the handles (which are absolutely lovely) in excellent condition. I'm very pleased indeed! One remark though: the website automatically added the shipping fee although I ordered more than 15 handles. Again this was rectified by the company (they returned the money), but maybe it's something the IT team need to have a look at.”

“Service was great. The company sent an email with a picture of my order before sending so I could confirm exactly what I was getting. I found this really helpful and a great way of sorting a potential problem before dispatch. Very fast delivery as well.”

“Product is beautiful. Prior to dispatch, I was sent a couple of pictures of my knobs by email which was a nice touch. Although they were sent from India, they arrived quickly and on time. I have round glass door knobs on all my doors which I bought in homebase and these match perfectly”

“These beautiful hand-crafted ceramic handles really breathed new life into my rather drab and dull sideboard. The service from Trinca-Ferro could not be faulted. What a great idea to e-mail a photograph of my order in advance of its arrival! The handles arrived, by courier, within the 72-hour timescale quoted on the website and each was individually packaged within a sturdy box. Terrific service and a lovely product. Thank you.”

“Not just very good but EXCELLENT, I was so impressed by the photos sent of the items before they were dispatched and the tracking by DHL was superb. The journey from New Delhi to London, then flown to the East Midlands hub and onward to Bristol then to me! The knobs I bought are now on my newly painted set of 12 drawers and look superb, I couldn't be happier with service, quality and price. Thank you so much. Jayne”

“I bought the Cristina cut glass knobs for my kitchen that we painted the cabinetry white. I picked various colors and dispersed them in random fashion with no two colors together. Everyone who has seen the kitchen can't believe who fantastic is looks.”
