“TrophySmack gave me a great experience. So many good options to show your wins and I went with the banner and am very happy with it. Will be ordering more for my future victories 🏆”
“I am extremely disappointed with the service. I was given a specific delivery date, but the item arrived a day late—missing the window when I actually needed it. To make matters worse, there was no communication or explanation for the delay. Relying on a company’s timeline shouldn't be a gamble. I won't be using them again and cannot recommend them”
“Plate is awesome and will look great on my leather blank, BUT, shipped without screws and washers. Contacted customer service, they sent me to a email that had an AI response. I hope I get the screws and washers before I have to award the title belt in 2 weeks. If not for the missing screws, I'd give them a 5 star review.”
“I was thrilled when I did a quick online search and found TrophySmack. When I made a mistake in the original design, they were easy to work with in perfecting the outcome.”
