“Trophy arrived packaged very well. Shouldn’t be damages with the foam they use to ship. Came quickly and was better than expected. Definitely will purchase again.”
“Overall a very impressive trophy. The only reasons I have for not giving a 5 star review are as follows. For the price, I did not expect to have to assemble the trophy myself. I was at a rental and did have tools, and a socket and Allen wrench were required. When peeling the backing several of the plates got stuck together and one creased while pulling apart. I also didn't expect to only receive the number of name plates I had engraved. Why would you send 14 customized plates for a trophy that holds 19?
If this was $20 from temu, I'd understand, but this is a nice trophy that should at least come assembled.”
“Custom service has been great! They’ve answered all my questions, sent me links to the correct products, and helped with formatting the design I wanted!”

“We recieved our trophy months ago, but the engravings and plaques were not in the box. I contacted support and within minutes they sent me another set of engravings with out hesitation! Thank you so much and look forward to continuing business with trophysmack forever!”
