“I ordered my ring, realized I made a mistake, then reached out to support. They responded immediately, asked how they could help, fixed my problem, and my ring was here a few days later. Great customer service.”
“I had the gift sent to my boss' house and immediately wrote an email to request the invoice not be included since there was no 'Gift' option, they could not do. My boss sent me a video and the thing is crackling the whole time while spinning and then stopped working within the day. sent the video and email request for replacement but they requested a photo of the packing label which of course I did not have nor did my boss keep since it was a gift. so no solution to the broken display.”
“Designing the belt was easy but I wish there were a few more options. The fantasy football belts that I saw had a better shape but it seemed like I couldn't choose one of those. Other than that, the belt was easy to design and it arrived sooner than I expected. Awesome job on the belt”
