“First order of durian in August didn’t turn out well — but your customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement! And I LOVE IT!!! It’s sweet & fresh! As someone grown up in South East Asia, I was raised to understand the uniqueness of durian and I’m glad to taste this fave fruit of mine with such a great freshness & experience!! Thanks Tropical Fruit Box & Team for your excellent service, I’ve just ordered another batch of Durian!”

“Order came within 2 days: happy Fruits are nice & big. But i gave 4 star because the couple of soursops turned out purple inside, not white like others so i threw them out forgetting TK take a picture!”

“Generally fruits are delivered in good condition. Some were too ripe that become mushy That turns off your excitement to eat. Recommend to examine closely the fruits condition prior to delivery . Thank you .”

“I received two boxes full of mangoes and they arrived on time which I am so grateful for, thank you, but they were very pale yellow and unripe. I emailed Tropical Fruits and they immediately sent me new mangoes that were very yummy and ripe this time with one day shipping. My heart is full of gratefulness for this beautiful company. -Angelica Valdez”

“Ordered ripe breadfruit, but received green ones. It turned out just fine. Will order as soon as I need other fruits. etc. Great service. Fact is, my Sister-in-Law ordered her some breadfruit.”

“The most fruits were delicious except the mountain soursop arrived damaged and mushy. I love rambutans they were the first to be eaten, LOL. I use my dragon fruit in my smoothies. Last, your customer service is excellent. Alexandra is a priceless gem. She followed up with me every step of the way. Thank you.”

“Thank you much for the orders. I placed two orders with you. The first box was not what I anticipated, but you so graciously sent me another one to compensate and I really did appreciate that. You went above and beyond to try to satisfy my needs. I know that you have no control over what the fruits taste like, but some of them were a bit tart. Not your fault and I acknowledge that. The items were delivered within a reasonable timeframe.”

“Thank you we just received the lychee from tropical box everything was well organized and they even have ice pack which help the lychee stay fresh especially since we live in the south. Great company highly will recommend them to all my friends and family. Ava”

“Just wanted to say I've received my delicious Julie mangoes coming out of Jamaica. I'm really enjoying the sweet Julie along with my husband and my grand children. I sure will purchase again. The green coconut was delicious, love everything I purchased.”

“Oh I really loved my Tropical box. I picked ginger, sweet potato and breadfruit. All were wonderful and the ratio that was sent was perfect too (I didn't select 6. I selected 3). I am very happy and will surely order again.v”
