“I’m thankful that the box arrived on time BUT it had been partially destroyed, where the gel pack had exploded over everything and some of the fruit and avocados were split open”

“I wasn’t expecting so many seeds in, what I thought, were “seedless” mandarins… I realize there are growing seasons, but I guess I misunderstood the availability of sumo mandarins at this time… too many seeds for me… I’d have to say, at best, a 3…”

“Quite a few of the muscadines had already soured. My first order was packed in 2 separate bags/sleeves this last order came all in one thin plastic lining the box.”

“I had requested Kent mangoes. A variety box without any Kent’s was sent instead, it was adequate at best. I would hope for a less knee jerk reaction next time - please ask me if it’s ok to substitute”

“I can't say I am happy about this one. Inside 3 lb of the passion fruit package only has like 15 fruits. Did you weigh 3 lb with or without the package itself?”

“While the contents of the box arrived in good condition, I was not excited about the variety you chose. I was hoping to receive varieties like Malika or Alphonso instead I received several Ataulfo and some other varieties that I did not care for. Ataulfo is sold in supermarkets everywhere, so why would I want to order something I can get anywhere. My recommendation is to give the customer the option to select the varieties they would like to try.”
