“I was told we would get our package one week after ordering. Because of that, I sent the package to family that we were visiting that week. The order wasn’t even processed and shipped until a week after I ordered. My family said that the box they came in was soaked when it came to them. I’m sure the mangoes were delicious but we didn’t get to enjoy them.”

“I created my own box and picked five fruits. I was contacted because 3 weren't available so I chose 3 more. My box arrived with only 3 options instead of five. Despite repeated contact, the issue wasn't resolved.”

“So, the weight on the scale for product pictures is mostly the huge ice pack in the box. I couldn’t even get 6 cups of berries for $70. My recipe flopped. Thought for certain I’d have 6 cups and leftovers with “ 4 pounds” didn’t know about ice pack trick.”

“The fruit looks healthy, but it is refusing to ripen. We have had our Mamey fruit sitting on our kitchen counter for 2 weeks now and it is still too hard to cut and eat. Any suggestions on how to get this to ripen?”

“Quantity was good but mangoes were young. I didn’t know Kent mangoes were mexican mangoes. The kent mangoes were ok. The others were young.”
