“First of all, want to say - I love their customer service. The first box I ordered from them had some damaged fruit and some fruit that did not ripen properly. They replaced some of the fruit and gave me a partial refund for the others. My second box did not disappoint. Fruits arrived in excellent condition. Mamie was a novel and rather addicting taste for me - totally hooked to the Mamie. Haitian mangos were good too, but I am used to Indian mangos from India, and am super spoiled that way :). So while Haitian mangos were good, won't call them 'great'. Loved the yellow dragonfruit - the supermarket pink dragonfruit tasted like crunchy water and I feared these dragonfruit would taste the same. But what a world of difference! These were a mix of honey and chia seeds and pear. Lovely. Eat them sparingly though - they can clear out the intestine if eaten in large quantity. I eat a 1/4 at a time and that works. Thanks to Tropical Fruit Box, I get to enjoy exotic fruit I had never tasted before. Their customer support makes me a repeat customer.”

“I have ordered from Tropical Fruit Box twice now, and I am completely enamored. I was disappointed my first order (the pineapple only comes gift wrapped if you order it that way!!!) But TFB was intent on fixing my experience--the fruit in both orders has been absolutely mind blowing AND I got my pretty pineapple gift box to keep after the fruit is gone. I recommend it so often that I actually got a referral link lol I look forward to my future boxes, as we intend to try them all.”

“My tropical fruit box came quickly the staff was very helpful when there was an issue, and resolved it kindly. The fruit was delicious and the pink pineapple was a nice perk, if you want to order some fruits you may not be able to find or get in your area this is a very good option.”

“Tropical fruit box provided quality products. If something arrives damaged, they promptly replace it and have excellent customer service. I messed up my breadfruit by using the wrong oil and they sent me a new one. The blood oranges and pink pineapple are beyond delicious.”

“First box arrived quickly but had a couple issues. Customer service was great in making that right, and second order was great. The avocados are really something special, and their size makes them actually priced fairly competitively with local avocados that aren’t even remotely in the same league for quality.”
