“I placed a order then received the confirmation number and the tracking number saying they will let me know when my item will ship. Then 6 days later they say they don't have the item sorry. When it was ordered it was in stock. Im still waiting on a refund and its been a few days.”

“I should've read the reviews before ordering anything from TR. They don't have cancellations policy's at all!!!! You are not able not only cancel your order before it shipped, but even contact their customer service. THEY DON'T HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have only chat-bots that automatically reply you back. I spent whole day trying to reach somebody from TR through the SMS Text (they don't have a phone!!!!!!!), chat, emails, etc, but only on Facebook page I got the response after 10 hours. Short message that they are not able to cancel any orders after they were placed! Guys - it is 21 century!! Any other stores are customer friendly! Worse experience ever! Never ever will buy something from this brand and will never recommend!”

“I had to go through BBB to get a return label from true religion. Since they weren’t responding to my request. Shipped the product back to true religion, been delivered, and no refund issued. The company claims to BBB that they did not received the package ( which clearly shows on DHL tracking being delivered) and claims to have refunded money which hasn’t been done. Total fraud company”

“true religion is a true scam. bought and item... never received it... no refund either. contact customer support... no answer. BE CAREFUL GUYS especially with sales... they offered you something no longer exist... take your money... use it to profit themselves and tell you it was delivered on the tracking system in order to keep your money much longer... by the time you contact them and wait for any late delivery it has passed over a month, then they tell you you might get a refund but then they cut all comunication... no refund so my money was stolen by them. true religion has become a true scam. Im going to burn all stuff I bought from them in the past because that is how disgusted and dissapointed I am with this day light robbery from a poor brand full of scams. Do not get robbed... Do not buy from true scam.”

“This company is awful!!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to be purchasing anything from this company. I am so surprised they are still in business. The company did not refund my total amount so I will have to contact my bank regarding this. They are extremely unprofessional and their replies are very odd and don't address the concern (they ignore money that they owe you). I have rarely seen ratings/reviews like this for any company. This is BAD!!!!”

“I spent $200 on 5 T-shirts thinking I was getting a good product. I am 5'7" 170lbs Ordered XL washed shirts in cold dried on low heat..Now these shirts are a sm-med They are def not 100% cotton B--L S--T And good luck getting their cus. service..I spoke to an store employee and they cant even get cus service NEVER AGAIN IM FILLING A COMPLAINT ON BBB”

“Scam company, be careful & never buy from, they will steal your money, no refund , items not as advertised, they never respond , I doubt they even have customer service. If people commented here want do a class action lawsuit let's all do it together.”

“I have ordered numerous clothing items and accessories during the past year. For the most part I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the clothing; however, the delivery service is another story. Oftentimes I received my items late regardless of the fact I paid an additional fee for quicker delivery. The late deliveries negatively impact the level of satisfaction. I can no longer patronize True Religion.”

“Placed an order on the 80 percent off website for True Religion . Paid 291.00 for 3 pairs of jeans and got a scull cap that came from China worth 3.00 in a tiny envelope. They said I can send it back and receive a credit for shipping . Don’t trust the website.It says they accept American Express and that’s a lie. They only take MasterCard because American Express don’t play with Scam websites!”

“PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM TRUE RELIGION They have the worst customer service you can ever imagine. They shipped me a wrong item and when I complained, they keep sending emails saying that my "request has been resolved". There is no live person to talk to and they take couple of weeks to respond to any emails. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from True Religion.”

“I have tried to contact TRUE RELIGION multiple times in regards to my order since FEBRUARY and have been unsuccessful!! My order was sent to the wrong address in a completely different state and I received his. How do you get a females order and a males order in a different stated confused is beyond me! Let alone how do you close the call center close to the end of the pandemic but in the thick of the pandemic it was open?!?!? TRUE RELIGION says to get in contact with them is to email BUT you don't respond! Now, I've been out of my product and my MONEY that I've worked hard for which as a customer is UNFAIR and UNACCEPTABLE is not RIGHT! I have sent well over 20 emails and NOTHING has happened to solve this matter or issue! this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!”

“Was an employee for 4+ years have been through so much in terms of being pepper sprayed from someone who was trying to steal to having a finger broken for the exact same thing, this corporation does not care about it's employees, it is a dead end company with district managers that don't know what they're doing. They also went to cheaper materials for all there product, would never advise any to work/shop at any store, you will just be paying way too much for dogshit material! But have fun!”
