“Their fraud detection system is flawed. They just removed my genuine review. I even sent them proof of how real and genuine I am. But even their human chat support would side more with the decision of their bots than the real person they're chatting with. They've broken people's trust. The irony.”

“Every time I put a genuine review on Trustpilot they take them off I have proof that my reviews are genuine but they just take them off and you can not appeal to them this review site only puts reviews on that fit its own agenda it is not independent”

“Company operates on fraudulent practices. They advertise completely unrealistic conversion rates and effects, offer basically 0 support to fake and indemnifiying reviews. They agree on a paid plan for a specified period of time, then to renew it without your consent (or even informing them several weeks prior you never agreed to automatic renewals and want it canceled) Stay away if you want to collect only genuine reviews for a legitimate business”

“This company also deleted my negative review on a so called company modelsportrc.it .I have proofs from the bank Aidexa that modelsportrc.it received the money.Never send me the products claimed that didn't receive the money and still the modelsportrc. it scams people around the world.But TrustPilot is covering them up by deleting negative reviews so new consumers don't realize that will get scammed.I send them proofs but obviously Trustpilot doesn't care if their client is a scammer because they get paid by them.Trustpilot threatened me that they will block my account on their platform because I wrote negative review on my authentic experience.Eventually they blocked my account...”

“Trustpilot refuse to take ANY false reviews of a business page unless you are paying them. I thought trustpilot was meant to be able raising the profile of companies, and allowing them to grow with positive reviews. Now, I do understand that some people may have a bad experience with a company so will write a bad review. But for trustpilot to allow reviews that are false and that are targeted at a company that isn't even trading when the review is made it atrocious.”

“They say you can give honest opinions but when you do they flag it, problem is the negative reviews are normally the most honest but taking that away from people means that the public can not get a true and honest opinion on a company based off real experiences. Nothing trustworthy about the company that removes reviews that don't fit big company narratives.”

“What is abuntantly clear is that Trust Pilot has relationships with certain companies. On four occasions over the last two years, I have had my account deleted by Trust Pilot: - There is no problem writing good review on any company. - There is no problem writing bad reviews on certain companies, usually smaller in size. - However, anytime you write a review on what appears to be their 'partners' they delete your account. Also last time I wrote a review about Trust Pilot. It was respectful, and well documented. And yes guess what? That's right, account terminated! What an absolute scam Trust Pilot is! It's amazing it gets away with this.”

“You should help public not companies my account been blocked today I received email about blocking my account which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional of trustpilot Well hastings direct and Alton cars and Enterprise did contact me try to ask me to remove my reviews but refused but unfortunately Trustpilot helped these corrupt scammers companies to blocked and removed my reviews from Trustpilot well done keep it up your jokes unprofessional service”

“Not trustworthy Forget about using trustpilot to evaluate companies. Every bad review I add there is removed. They only keep the good reviews. There are more trustworthy platforms out there”

“Spammed me asking for a review, then removed it when it wasn’t bright and shiny and basically called me a liar. I’ve provided proof of my interaction with the reviewed company, and it’s still not good enough. I’ve cancelled my subscription with Il Makiage makeup because of their association with Trustpilot.”

“Totalglaze replaced French doors with patio doors and sent Ricky who was on his own. He did a brilliant job and was really professional. Did the job in 2 hours, cleaned up and I am delighted with it. Well done Ricky, would highly recommend him.”

“Trustpilot's system allows one individual to flood a company's profile with unverified positive reviews without verification requirement. Meanwhile, genuine negative feedback risks being removed if not validated. As a result, even subpar companies can unjustly boast a 5-star rating, misleading consumers and undermining Trustpilot's credibility.”
